Nice photo Danny but it is Parson's Walk not Park Road.
I think you'll find it's Bridgeman Terrace, Parson's Walk is where Wigan Collage buildings are.
Mesnes Road not parson walk.
Aubrey is correct. Park road begins after the red brick hose with the dark blue stripe. Bridgeman terrace the other side of the park. The college buildings can be clearly seen over the top of the houses.
