Dragonfly
Photo: Colin Butcher (Sony DSC HX-300)
Nice shot. The background needs some Rust-o-leum.
The barriers could do with a lick of paint.
Red lead primer first and then three coats of matal paint job done.
Nice shot of a Male Common Darter :)
Garry. The barriers need shifting.
Colin next time you are trying to do some fancy photos, make sure you have a different coloured back ground
Colin, this is an excellent photo and the background is immaterial.
Great photo Colin.
So true A.W. The exquisite detail of this wonderful insect is what folks should be concentrating on.
Great shot Colin..I don't care if the background is sky blue pink..the close up of the mayfly is brilliant.
Colin, That is an outstanding photo, well done, thanks for the post.
Well caught.
Stinging yedder .
A dragonfly is blue.
Dragonflies have no stinger or jaws big enough to hurt a person.
But aye we thought so too in our youth :)
Mick? Thanks Colin, you captured a moment, and a lovely one at that.
Thank you Everyone For You're Comments..And Thanks Dave (Oy) Didn't Know What It Was,Much Appreciated.

I like the background, it complements the picture.
