Photo-a-Day (Monday, 10th August, 2015)
Worthington Walkers
Like it David. The undulating, curving lane leads the eye into the heart of the picture.
Been down. there time or two
Not seen any photos take from this area before on Wiganworld
Lovely photo, must go and have a look, never been there, it looks a lovely walk.
Well done David, a really nice photo.
Nice shot. Excellent composition and colour tones. Leading lines and the people give it perspective and interest.
What a lovely Summery shot David..thank you.
Jeff Haydock it's not a photo contest to who has got the best camera and skills. photo-a-day is about taking shots from the Wigan area by normal Wigan folk and not professionals. Sometime you fellows sound like your on Britain's got talant
Nice shot David.
Well composed image, David!
Jeff, ignore Garry, you lost him after your first full stop!
Garry, talent!
Gary, Just what the hell are you complaining about? This is a shot of the Wigan area, by a normal Wigan bloke (Being David). Live and let live and "lighten up", for god's sake!
Go and put the kettle on Garry!
Great shot David.
WOW, nothing up with the photo, it's very good. If you read it properly I said "nice shot David" but some folk think it's a contest with other photo's on here, otherwise they would comment everyday. IE like syd who has dived in without reading my comments properly. ps two Rs in Garry.
A very pleasant view, if I am not mistaken similar to the view when going by on the Wigan-Preston train route.
Good photograph, well composed, and meant in the most complementary of ways!
A good, picture .Weather you like it or not .It is competitive, and would do well in a competition. ro
Stunning shot David....cheers!!!
Thank you all for commenting. It is very nice round there especially at the moment with the golden hay fields. The photo was taken from a bridge that crosses the railway line.
