Nice pic Dave but I would say this is a Goldfinch. I could be contradicted which usually happens on WW!

Most definately a Blue Tit. The Goldfinch has a yellow body and head.

a goldfinch dosent have a yellow body and head KEN R,it has a red face with white and black on its head and only has a little yellow on its wing.
