Very nice setting, Mick.
Lovely composition ,well done Mick.
Nice one.
They serve beer in traditional tankards here.
Good photo, a nice angle, who would have thought this was in Wigan Town Centre?
I like this. Good angle. Looks like Summer!
Had a few beers here on Sat night . Best wishes Mike From the porters and friends from Wrightington hospital. Hic !
Been in the a few times always packed out.
Irene, This was what it looked like last week, those Palm looking plants must be hardy.
I have those plants in my garden. They are called Trachycarpus Wagnerianus and very hardy!! Mine have reached a height of 6 feet which give a Mediterranean feel!!
I envy you Giovanni..those are my favourite after Wisteria.
Thanks Maureen. They're in the ground. In pots restricts their growth! I also have a wisteria but in a pot. It spreads like russian vine if unchecked!
Hows the painting. I must confess I havent done any this year! Too cold!!
Giovanni,I haven't either, but it's on my mind all the time..I'll have to start soon..as for the Wisteria,I have one but cannot get it to flower for love nor money, have looked on google followed instructions..done what my son told me(he's a gardener)
but it still won't flower, will have to get another methinks.lol
what a great photo , love it ! ( landlady - John Bull) thank you
gREAT PICTURE mick,nice looking pub.
Maureen
Vicky from the pub likes the pic. You could have a commission on your hands!!
Vicky (pub landlady)
Does that mean Mick will be getting free ale!! LOL
Might have a bash at that Giovanni..are you not going to get your paints and brushes out as well.
I've never heard them called that before Maureen!! LOL
Joking aside, Spring around the corner, time to blow the cob webs off the paint box!
