Not getting out much
That wall looks inviting, I bet if you sat on it you would have a good view across the Moor to the Finger Post, Bolton Rd to the left and Haigh to the right. Good one Ron give the dog a pat for
me.
That's a "longing" look.
It's a dogs life.
Is that you whos not getting out much Ron or the dog
Your dog really wants to go walkies! Never mind Spring is just around the corner, and a bit further on!! Lovely photo by the way.
I can identify a poinsetta being Xmas time, Red Rum and Nipper, the HMV dog. Give him a pet and biscuit from me, Ron!
She only looks cute she is a savage beast really!
That dog looks like it wants to be taken up the road to see the Gullet Pit site. Perky little thing.....the dog,not me.
I reckon the dog is looking for Father Christmas!
Nice one Ron. Your dog could be looking for the moles that seem to frequent Aspull Moor.
Looks like a great guard dog to me.
My Great Great grandfather farmed 35 acres , with hired labor and a large family , in Aspull T . He census at the time listed the property as ''Lower Highfield '' -- does anyone today , know the location of this place ?
How much is that doggy in the window?!
Wishing all contributors and brian A very happy Christmas and a good new year.
Special wishes to Lizzie down under who is missed by her absence.
Is Lizzie okay?
