This looks a bit blurred to me unless its my specs
Giovanni, not only is the L&L fully navigable, but the former 'remainder' length from Aintree through to Stanley Dock at Bootle has been brought back into regular use - to allow boats to access the canal's extension through the docks via a new cut across Liverpool Pier Head to reach the Albert Dock in the centre of Liverpool.
