Lake
Nice peaceful picture Mick.
Good to see the "old home town" on COUNTRYFILE last night.
Nice photo Mick. Seems someone else was admiring the scene.
Jean; Why were items in Countryfile yesterday split into sections? I`d recorded it and after viewing the `lost garden`at the start, I nearly switched off. Good job I didn`t as there were two more separate parts shown later.
It doesn`t make sense to me as surely each item should be dealt with just the once.
I last visited this `lost garden` about 20 years ago and it wasn`t as overgrown. There is a lake and this wasn`t shown.
Mick; Not seen this lake - when did you take the photo and where is your bike?
Ernest I took it last week and Im sat on my bike.
Countryfile didnt show Liverpool castle folly, have you seen that one Ernest.
If you havent I just put on a couple of videos of the Japanese Gardens and the Castle on the Forum section
Thanks Mick. Have just watched your video`s. Don`t remember seeing Liverpool castle folly.
I thought these gardens shown on Countryfile were lacking in the size of them.
Your video`s showed more of them and in far greater detail
Ernest Liverpool castle is not up on the hill, its on the left just after Rivington high school Rivington lane.
Nice shot Mick.
A loverly beauty spot soon to be ruined by the link road.I do believe that when the snow and frost are i the tree's it just looks like Banff in Canada.Take a look next time it is really cold.
Ernest "they" show different shots of places to make you watch the whole programme so that you dn1t miss anything !! Clever people....all to do with the Ratings I think......good programme though.
