Looking towards Haigh Hall
Looks like theres a green witch sat on a brush flying over Mab's Cross Primary School
Very nice Andrew, I have enjoyed the photos you have posted recently.
Very nice Andrew..I'll second what A.W. has said..you go to a lot of trouble for your shots.
I agree. Very atmospheric.
I,m still looking for the witch...
I,m still looking for the witch...
It's smack bang in the middle of the photo
Jack, left hand side of the School chimney..I think.
I can see what looks like a Witch's Hat on the left side of the road, but surely Mabs Cross School is on the right?
Yes Irene you're right..I meant the
side of the chimney, not the road.
Nephro. I applaud your vision and imagination. I do see Irene's witch's hat. Maureen is that a chimney? Absolutely no idea what that small thing is right of Mick's flying witch.
This scene would probably have been very different when the young Jacobite in the book, The White Cockade Passes ( by Katheen Fidler ?) was hidden in the parish church tower by the rector's niece.
Jack,I couldn't think of another word to describe it,but after looking again it's more like a little bell tower.
