The best photos are always simple, straight forward and uncomplicated.

Thanks for the comments guys. No filter used on this occasion John just a few adjustments in Lightroom to drop the highlights and bring up a bit of vibrance.

Dan, have you used the graduated filter in Lightroom? I didn't mention it before in case you didn't have it. It's a great "retro-fit" tool and in some ways better than a physical filter.

Yes John there are some great adjustment tools in Lightroom some of which can really enhance pics better than in camera although it is good to get as much right at the time.
