One of the few pub car parks to have its own traffic lights.

When I drove past the other day I noticed that the larger car park on the other side of the pub has been covered with top soil - as if the pub is being turned into a private dwelling, and that is to be its garden..

The planning app hasn't been changed, still says Bar and Coffee shop.

Roberto is correct. The bulders have temporarily moved to another site 'dahn sarf', and are due to return in April. You should have dropped in to ours for a brew Rev!

You got yourself a barge Ron ? Last time I was there I was told in no uncertain terms that the carparking facilities by the canal bank were for boat patrons only,!!
