I believe you Rev. Better eyes than I Gunga Din.
Nice picture Rev. David....All the best to you and your family for 2014.....cheers!!!!
I've now concluded that the buildings to the right of Trencherfield Mill are the Eckersley Mill buildings - not the church towers.
Better eyes that me as well.
Ken R and Mick; I right click on photo then click `Save Picture As`, click `Save` which puts photo into `Pictures`. Right click on photo, click on `Preview` which puts phhoto in `Windows Picture Gallery`. Can then enlarge photo.
I suspect Rev David must enlarge it too.
The old Rylands Mill chimney is between St. Catharine`s spire and Wigan Parish Church.
You must have been "BLESSED" with better eye sight than me Rev.
I think mose people know that Ernest
Ernest I can ride down there on my bike and see the view for myself quicker than I can do all that right clicking.
Mick; your video `Sunday morning bike ride run` ref:-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BtuHK-4KDo&feature=youtu.be
shows a quick glimpse of the old Rylands Mill chimney.
Sorry Rev all I see is Grass in a field...The distant buildings are to far away for me to recognise...Nice picture however!
A Bolton; If you enlarge this photo as I mention in my comment at 11:56 you`ll be able to see more detail.
Thank you Ernest that is much better!
