Where abouts in Wigan was this taken?
A rather stark picture. The people walking by don't seem to be taking much notice of Believing in Wigan !

And here was me thinking the council were asking people to Believe in Wigan as in the town of Wigan....I must be daft. They only do it, the posters etc to blind you to what they are really doing !
