Re yesterday - do not remember seeing any Cow Parsley Ernest but didn't walk too far as it had started raining! Had alook at Oy's shot. He is a super photographer. This is a very nice photo Ron. It is a pity that we geta bit paranoid about images with children in them! Unfortunately we do have to be so careful because that is the way the world is today. A very sad state of affairs. Parents are not always aware either of the implications, therefore I always ask before taking a shot with a child in it who could be recognised.

Isnt it awful when we cannot take phot`s of children out enjoying themselves with parents or not.It relly saddens me.

Ref. taking photos of children. You can take a photograph of anyone in a public place including children. What you must not do is misrepresent what they are doing, i.e. if they are simply enjoying themselves you can not say they are causing vandalism. If I take a close up I always ask but it is not required by law, it is just common courtesy.

I agree with Jean F, it is so sad that you have to be so carful these days. That photo would be such happy memory for that kid one day. That's the beauty of photography. A photo taken today is a memory for eternity. Nice shot Ron
