Just think how much salad cream will be used on them.

But not in our house, we would use a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing and a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper to enhance there flavour

Icebergs in the middle of summer!

Really, Mick! Fancy wasting such a fine dressing on an Iceberg lettuce - though something has to give it a taste, I suppose.

I was wondering how long before a Titanic joke would appear Janice, I had a sinking feeling that it wouldn't take long!!

Janice Very clever.

I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce either. I find it tasteless. I much rather have rocket - nice and peppery taste with balsamic and olive oil dressing.

British produce. Magic!

I prefer to mix my lettuce; Iceberg, Romaine and whatever field greens are available at the time, with a healthy sprinkling of fresh herbs -and,of course, a nice olive oil and some kind of vinegar dressing!
