I used to see these men regular in the plantations they used to meet on the canal bridge then make their way up to that bench in front of the hall.
Some on bikes some on disabled scooters and some walking not seen them for a while now.

the chaps on either end of the picture i think are brothers. see them all the time when we walk through the plants , there usually sat ot the bridge , having a rest from there bike ride
