Photo-a-Day (Thursday, 27th December, 2012)
Frosty
Ive not seen any frost as bad as that round our way this year.
Jeff, this photo is lovely. When was it taken? Has the sky been blurred out in photoshop, I'm looking at it on an ipad so it might look different ban its meant to. Very nice either way
Oh another lovely scene to add to my collection if I may, Jeff?
The sky looks like it may dump snow, or heavy rain????
Glorious photo... Thanks Jeff, cheers
Mick, on the morning of Wed.12th Dec.2012, I looked out of the bedroom window and thought that there`d been light snow here in Shevington. It was just severe frost.
Jeff, before I read the caption, I thought it was near Angelzarke.
Great photo Jeff
Well done and thank you. First significant snowstorm of the year here tonight.
Fabulous scene but I'm very glad that we have blue skies & mild temperatures here in my neck of the woods...next to the North Sea.
Great photo Jeff.
Ernest I saw and videoed some frost down our way on the 12 December http://youtu.be/kcDZ8Jy_C-U and then again on the 13 December but it wasnt so much a air frost like you get when it covers the trees http://youtu.be/K_96Woz-UU4
This is a thick frost from 7 December 2010 http://youtu.be/zo8o7vxCUMA
Beautiful photograph Jeff, nice and sharp and very well processed. It looked like Pennington flash at first! This would make a lovely Christmas card or image for a calendar. We should put together a WW photo-a-day calendar ready for 2014 made up of this years photos.
This has the wow factor.
Just simply gorgeous. Well done
That is a lovely photo Jeff..a peaceful shot of Winter.
good un fettelled or not.
Shot in early Dec. Ben this is a pseudo HDR, just one shot processed with software hence the tonemapped sky. Check out

Hi Lizzie, yes some great photos this year so it would be hard to choose but images as good as this should be put to good use. I am actually aiming to make a calendar myself this year - could be fun.
Wonderful Janice.... If anyone can do it you can!!!
Cheers!!
