Photo-a-Day (Sunday, 11th November, 2012)
St Wilfrids Church Yard
This is so nostalgic. The trees in my garden are now totally bare; the grass and driveway are raked and the leaves bagged, ready for pickup. I do miss walking through the dry leaves as I used to do going to and from school, then work, when I lived "over there"!
Oh glorious Autumn colours again!! It isn't Haigh Hall but it will do nicely..... Thankyou Dan a beautiful picture, cheers!!
Great capture, Dan, well done!
a Stunning photo, such beautiful colours, wish every Autumn day looked like this.
Very nice photo. The autumn colourings you have captured are lovely.
Nice shot Dan!
As Pop Larkin would say, ..."Perfick!"
Yes good one Dan,as most people have said nice natural colours. It,s the path leading from the church down to the lychgate on Rectory Lane. I,ve walked up and down that path a few times, very slippy and dangerous when it was wet with the leaves on, especially walking home from the pub in the early hours, that made it worse than ever, it was a short cut for me so i took the chance.
Dan,that's lovely.
Thanks for the comments guys :-)
Love your comment,Irene;--I'm a long time fan of the Larkin family, first in the books, then on TV!
Beautiful autumn colours. My favourite time of year. Lovely photo
