Photo: Thomas Walsh (Canon PowerShot A1200)
Very pleasant looking, hope the fish were biting.
Very.....errr.......GREEN.
Yes, I like it. Good composition.
I've only too often said that there's nowhere quite so beautifully green as England!
This picture once again proves just that.

which is Burscough to Wigan stretch and includes a photo of this bridge No.41.
Did you pursue the age of the canopy on your P-a-D of 13th April?
Never knew the bridge was called Hand lane bridge,
What a fantastic photo to wake up to. Brilliant.
Correction to my earlier comment Tom. It was your P-a-D on 13th May.
I TOOK A WINTER SHOT OF THIS SAME BRIDGE (PHOTO A DAY 26/12/06)
What a difference the seasons make.
Both photos are excellent.
Very pleasant photo, maybe a bit more cropping.
that our section of track up there look how smooth and even it is . it just goe's to show we do a good job on the railway .
Earnest Pyke,I've been on the case regarding the canopy Market Hall,P-a-D.
13th May, I had a conversation with one of the market inspectors to day,who informs me that it was an original feature of the building, albeit with some minor alterations,
The old Market Hall was opened in 1877.
Kind regards,Tom
looks like more polish eatin our fish
Thanks Tom, so its 135 yrs.old eh !!
