A Birdie?
Nice pic of the blossoms but not a bird in sight.Looks like a nice day Ron.
Very colourful and well composed Ron. The golfer, looks to me, to be putting left-handed. The finest left handed golfer I`ve seen is NewZealander, Bob Charles. I watched him win the Open at Royal Lytham and St.Annes in 1963 and he only had 11 putts (2 two`s and 7 singles) on the first 9 holes of a 36 hole play-off !!
The Open Championship is at Royal Lytham and St.Annes this coming July, I`ll be watching on TV.
One definition of the game of golf :- "It`s a good walk spoiled."
With all due respect Ernest the golfer,s head is turned to his left which would mean he is right handed, plus, if he was left handed he would be putting towards the edge of the green and i dont think the pin would be placed there.
Sorry Ron, nice subject. Well thought out photograph!
I don't think that Ernest chap knows what he's talking about. good photo Roy.
Nice shot, did you shimmy up a tree to get this. As I cant place any buildings around there, only a single storey club house.
Dot. Just in front of the hall there are some seats .Taken just by them.I would love to shimmy up a tree.
Garry, if you don`t think I know what I`m talking about, you do think I know what I`m talking about. It`s you who doesn`t know what you are talking about.
Roy, I`ve blown up the photo - still isn`t certain what hand the golfer is. The hole can be positioned near to the green edge.
Beautiful picture Ron.
The golfer is right handed. He is looking left, his right hand is lowest on the club.
Ron.next time get a less controversial shot, perhaps a nice little birdie!!!
I appreciate that Ernest but if he was left handed his fellow golfers wouldn,t be standing in front of him when he was putting. It looks like a left handed put. but i think he has just putted right handed and his putter is raised making him appear left handed. If you know what i mean.
Thanks Ken R nd Roy. He is right handed, but by me saying left handed, I could mention Bob Charles !
No problem Ernest.
