Make the most of them. When the dafs near our house start to show blooms the village idiots will just walk throu them or pick them sad

Looks lovely but Im all for leaving sections of the village green uncut and left to wild flowers.

This will attract Bees and all sorts of other insects that we all need to keep us humans going.

No Bees,no insects,means no humans,couldn't agree with you more,Mick.Lovely Spring photo,Ron.

Funny thing, I was talking to my brother on Sunday who lives on Haigh road. We were saying to each other that in both Wigan and Abbotsford B.C. the crocuses and snowdrops were out at the same time. Daffs wont be long. By the way very pleasant photo.

A lovely welcome for Spring! Hope the daffodils come soon. This picture brought to mind the shrubbery in front of the main building at the "old" Upholland Grammar school on Sandbrook Road, where the naturalised crocuses grew each Spring! A fond memory!
