Looks a bit yellowy to me-isn't it a yellow finch?

Great photo Austin, we had loads of Greenfinches visiting our garden, but the last few years have only seen the odd one. Are these one of the bird species that are now in declining numbers, shame really has they did brighten up a winters day.
