Should be allowed to let your dogs run free on sport fields.

It only need one owner not to clean up properly after them and a sportsman or sportswoman could be left blinded.

I imagine there is nothing worse than sliding in for a try and ending up with a face full of ....

Well, I bet John Harrison feels great now. You must have really made his day!!
I am a fierce advocate of picking up after your dog and who's to say that Sasha's owner isn't the same. We are not all irresponsible dog owners. The people who just walk on when their dog has fowled, or pretend they haven't seen it happen, simply disgust me.
Also, a German Shepherd dog, if raised correctly can be a wonderful family pet.
I think Sasha's lovely!

Amazing the amount of people have a go a dog owners, yet not a word said about all the broken bottles & bear cans that is scattered all over every ware. The rugby field included. The rugby club was broke into a few weeks ago. & fly tippers have invaded the place, So I was asked would I walk round there with my dog. But I won't bother anymore. Thanks for all the wonderful comments now I can see were the photographers get all their inspiration from.

Once upon a time this area was where we used to live at Bent Houses, my Mam and dad bought them just after the war.

Nice looking dog John what position does she play in. Take no notice of the anti-dog brigade they are probably the ones who drop the beer cans, fag ends and other rubbish. I have two dogs, I take them out twice a day and I pick up their poop every time no matter where they do it. Yes there are many irresponsible dog owners, but fortunately there are more good than bad. Dog owners are a bit like car drivers, most are considerate and respect the law and other road users, then there is the minority that don’t.

Point is there plenty of other places to walk you dogs than a sports field.

What happens if the dogs got loose stool or even diarrhea , you cant bag that do you go home and come back with a bucket of water to clean it up.

Sports fields are not for dogs, do the dog owners never get the message, dogs usually without leads, a lot of these people just do not care, too many people have been attacked by dogs out of control, the owners have the we are allright jacks syndrome,
