any action with the fish.what kind of bait do they use.

they used to be wigan centre waters, but like a few more, wigan never looked after them, so lost them to other clubs, as for baits, every club has their own rules, maggots, worm and bread, are the main stalwarts, but pellet, luncheon meat and sweetcorn all good baits on their day

As aitch says Gerald you can use various baits, the two lads fishing who just happened to be there are friends of mine,were using maggot I think.The windmill used to pump water from these lodges to the Haigh brewery reservoir.Thanks.
