Same here Peterp, even with me specs on, great skills.
Three of these are at the side of the River Douglas below Tesco. And the Kingfisher is in the undergrowth at the side of disabled ramp up to Tesco car park.
Arn`t there some clever talented people about? I hope people appreciate them as we do and leave them safely where they are . Beautiful.
Looking at these lovely carvings again............Why are they all amongst the weeds ? They would look better in a flower bed (and perhaps be more secure there.
The sculptor is Tim Burgess. The carvings were commissioned by Swinley Residents' Group and Friends of Douglas Valley with funding from the Big Lottery Fund.
