did 3yrs in them flats .not every one who lives in boyswell house have a police record john . so i think its wrong too tar people with the same brush.

I think wigans flats make the skyline. Whenever i go up to Rivington i can easily spot wigan

When my daughter was about 3 years old she always wanted to live in those flats !!! Golden oldies on here may remember a childrens TV programme called Mary,Mungo and Midge which was filmed in a high rise tower and that is why she wished she lived there.

Wigan council haven't allowed the public access to their security cameras...and there's no decent webcams in the town.Pity as the view from those cameras would be superb.

I think these flats are the nicer ones! Probably because the are built with bricks and not concrete.
