Good shot, now thats what I call a poppy.
In addition to my other comment, it reminds me of the large silk ones that cost about half a crown back in the old days.
I am here again, I wondered why this was so familiar, we have the same plant in our garden, "an Oriental Poppy"so they say.
Does it matter where it's from?
ALL the british Legion Poppies are made at the "http://www.poppyfactory.org/".
It's their own factory, manned by ex-service personnel, working 52 weeks a year producing them...Not in China!!:o(
