This is the Fly Agaric fungus
(Amanita Muscaria) and as beautiful as it is, it`s also extremely poisonous. Please don`t touch it and keep children well away.

Feeling nostalgic for my hometown....lovely to have spent time in this site and to find today's photograph was taken today in the Plantations where we used to walk.
