Nature

A sorry state of affairs. Ther are several places like this and if allowed to continue the roots will pry open the brick and then what.
In the positions there in they look like somebody as planted them on purpose.
If the council won't remove the over grow mess and weeds from our streets, their not going up there to remove them....not until the roots loosen the bricks as it grows.
Looks like the cutters full as well!
Another great looking Wigan building.
I've sat opposite that building on a number of occasions and wondered why no one has been up there to get rid of those trees. They are spoiling a lovely building.
The council own a lot of the property on Market Street and they don't do any maintainence on the buildings, they expect the tenants to do any repairs etc, how many private landlords can get away with that.
Reading all the comments about the weeds , one phrase sum's it all up nicely ' What a Disgrace The photo captures what neglect can / will do .
All things pass.
All things pass? I wish some of the deadwood on Wigan Council would pass.
