From some remarks I have heard I don't think the anglers are fond of the boats Ron. But that's a peaceful pic.

Canals were made for the boats not for anglers, The anglers know this, why dont they just go to other places of which are too numerous to mention where they can fish without being disturbed or are they too thick to understand that the canal system was not made for them. CANALS ARE FOR BOATS.
