wiganworld has taught me to take note of the dis-abled facilities everywhere I go.Is that a ramp at the rear?

I have been told that there are problems regarding this building,and it may not get done. Dont know if its true.

No Ernest - it's in the reception at Civic Buildings (Th'Owd Gas Showrooms across from Morrisons)
