Reminds me of the outside toilets in years gone by. I met an ex-miner in the Trafford Centre. He was the eldest of 14 children, born in Stoke, in a two bed roomed terraced house--5 in the row, with one tap & one outside toilet for all five !

I too think its better in black and white, its time someone cleaned all the rubble away, what an eyesore it is now.
