I like this - it is cheap and cheerful, certainly brought a smile to my face anyway. Hope whoever is responsible manages to maintain it.
By the way, it is a good photograph.

Well I dont know what a Red light district looks like but , this is what I would expect say in Amsterdam

This build, whilst used as part of Pennington's furniture shop is much older and was the residence of Thomas Whitehouse who painted scenes of Wigan in the mid 1800's.
