This was actually taken very early in the morning taken from Dover Bridge. Great to see it full of snow. We havent seen snow like this for the last 7 yrs.
The House facing at the end of Warrington Road used to be a shop in the 70s & 80s . I cant remeber when it closed

Just over the bridge to the left, by the side of the canal was an old gypsy who lived in an Irish gypsy type caravan. I think it would be around 1958. I believe that when the gypsy died they burned the caravan, as was the custom at the time.
