Recently obtained this,This is page 1 of a 5 page training document re. the effects of a nuclear explosion in Wigan and the First Aid Treatment. Not dated but I would think it would be late 1940's?

Most people today have had to live with this horror since birth . What a thing to have never known about it .
It's something you simply have to put from your mind or go as mad as the scientists who have put this sword of Damocles over humanity.
