1890 map showing The Larches. We moved to Pendlebury Lane in the winter of 1947 and walked down Sicklefield to Brockmill Lane every day. Never new there had been a pub on the corner.

Thanks Ron, found your photo from 2011 and it looks like it was opposite Sicklefield.
