A bit out-of-Wigan... but I know there's a lot of nostalgia for the subject here....
It's at the back of St James' Church, Westhead. Made at the Saracen Foundry, Glasgow. It's thought to be the only surviving example.

The romantic historian in me imagined it to be the last stand resting place of a noble gent rather than a standing room only novel gents restroom.
