taken in Ellesmere Terrace Platt Bridge, my grandma marsh is on the right,never knew her,she looks quite formidable.

I was thinking that too Maureen. My sister was born in a similar type of house at the top of Swinley Road in Wigan, not sure wether it was a Nursing Home or my parents were renting for a short while. Nice pic
