Taken from the top floor of the flats immediately opposite Dryden Close.
Paul, An excellent shot of the LYR embankment on the avoiding line between Hindley No. 3 and Pemberton Jct. which is behind the camera. Probably the best view I have seen of this part of the old railway line, which suffered early on from the destructive efforts of the men from the "Politburo"!
