I remember horse teams pulling ploughs in UpHolland early 1960's

These are a series of photographs that appeared in a Wigan Observer Special in April 1967, soon after the paper went over to web offset printing at the then new works at Woods Street, Wallgate.
The quality of the photos in the 1960s were superb and some in fantastic full colour. In the early days at Woods street, the great photographers at the paper were Arnold Hall and Ian Lambert who almost certainly took the pictures.
Great memories of years gone by.
