Another photo of The Grapes and by David Devine is on the Album, there are a few interesting comments and info of the pub and area, if anyone wants details etc,.

The Grapes was affectionately known locally as the "Nobby Stiles".

The Grapes at Orrell, was on the corner of Sefton Road and St James road, demolished around 1967.
Remember the nearby Bus Stop was still called 'The Grapes' long after the pub had been demolished.
