All these people for such a small station How times have changed No staff at all these days..

Looking at the uniforms, these are LMS days, that is before 1948. What a great photograph. Today, there are no staff: just a ticket machine and a digi clock and timetable. Local volunteers keep the station tidy and well maintained.
