AN EARLY VIEW LOOKING UP APPLEY LANE. I THINK THE BUILDING ON THE LEFT IS THE RAILWAY PUB?
Yes it is the pub . The railway my dad used it for his time out from kids and mother I think .going back from the pub on the right building that sticks out was my aunt’s house Doris and Jim FAZACKERLEY.

Not been in that pub for 40 years or more, I wonder if it is still open?
Colin, the pub was levelled more than 10 years ago. It's a car park now for the rubber factory..
