Peter yes that's it.. There are a couple of photos of Standishgate on the site where you can just make out the entrance. Just a question as to why it isn't listed on any map or Directory as MARSH'S YARD?

Ron, so many yards and alleys to name and the older the map the more of them. this is from 1940. I now know where Standishgate Place and St George Terrace were, never heard of them and lived nearby.,
Marsh Lane is still there without a name on the wall.
It is off Standishgate between the Ukulele Pub and Bryan House leading to Water Street.
I recently uploaded a picture from my phone detailing a particular interesting feature but not sure if this worked?
