I was an apprentice when i worked on this club happy memories. I would think about 1965.

I remember my husband working on this club, when he was in his teens.He was a plumber.

I remember going into this club a few times from 1969.
I was on holiday in Newquay in 1970, and an older couple from Wigan took my photo passionately kissing a girl.
It'll be ready after t'holiday and collect it in Upper Morris Street club. I never did !!

Yes Dave it was, He was working for D H & N Tyldsley plumbers & heating engineers,which was at the top of Greenough St.at the time.

Edna i worked on the club with your dad we were both apprentices at Dh&N Tyldesleys to of Greenough street. Your dads brothers worked for them as well Ernie and Charlie.

Dave,Tony Halliday was my husband,not my dad. He sadly passed away four yrs ago.Yes Charlie & Ernie did work there as well.Charlie has lived in Portsmouth for most of his married life.

Thank you Dave.This club has a lot of memories for me.Me & Tony came back here in our later yrs to do a car boot for St Catherine's church.
