Hi AW. I concur with you. I used the wrong phraseology. I should really have said. The inflationary difference that had occurred since, 1950.

According to Thisismoney" website, 3/- (15p) in 1950 would be equivalent to £4.36 today.

Thank you John. That would be a reasonable price to pay, at the present day, to go, and to enjoy entertainment, especially when such a good band is playing.
