The Stag Inn on the left of the photo was rebuilt in the early 1920s. The small building in the centre of the photo though much altered is now Hill's Florist. The row of house and Methodist chapel beyond are still there.

Martin Thanks for the offer. I have printed it off here. Is that OK. I have been past there today and what a change.
The house on the left next to Hills Florist was where my Grandparents lived and my Father Henry Winnard was born in 1921. I can remember visiting as a small child in th 50's.
