The two Clergy on the right look rather over-dressed to be Methodists - and the one on the far right looks like the late David Sheppard, Bishop of Liverpool. An ecumenical event in the 80s?

You could be right Rev David. The band is the Salvation Army Band and you can see the Minister at Queens Hall, Rev R. Charlton, on the left of the photo. I can only assume that this is an Ecumenical gathering.
