John I'm almost certain it's opposite what used to be the clinic and the houses a bit further up are where Miss Dunne used to live, opposite Ince Public Hall.

I *think* it is directly across from the council offices, looking towards Ince Bar... just before Higher Ince station over bridge.

Yes, these houses are between the surgery which used to be the Manley Pub and the "posher" houses which stand higher up from the road, just before you get to Ince Station, coming from Lower Ince.
