Westwoods gone... but Ince clinics still intact, the new estate hasn't been built and The Manley is still a pub. So I'm baffled as to the year. (sorry about the poor quality picture)

OK. I'll start the bidding. The lack of Westwood dates it at least 1989. Can't help with the other info though.....

Bill, what was the year your mum went to live in the Caretaker House? Maybe the date could help to narrow it down. As the clinic is still on the photo the house couldn't have been built. I know that the previous caretaker( Mr Topping) lived in rooms under the Council Offices.

Sorry folks,my previous comment is wrong.The caretaker house was not built on the land where the clinic had been. The house was built in between the Council Offices and the clinic.
